I have never experienced a leak with either size. Honestly large also works well for night time .

Once you try Rael, you won’t use anything else. Pros:OrganicSoft, cotton cover against your skinGood absorbencyGood coverageCons: doesn't stick well to synthetic underwear. Though the idea is not quite sold. And they don't move about and fall out of place or fall apart .

Plus the surface area is super soft. Cons: Could be pricey to some depending on usage and budget. Best quality. Bummer….

It kept them sanitary and tidy for storage and convenient for dividing and sharing with other family members or for going on trips. So that's good. One of the best all organic, chlorine and fragrance free brands on the market. But of course if you feel you need a longer, wider pad on the back end of the pad overnight is the choice.

The overnight is about 12" (30cm) long and the extra-long overnight is around 15" (38cm) long. Today, I just got a big bag of loose pads. And often noticed a smell after maybe 5 hours overnight.

So far, it's day 1 of hopefully 7, the pad feels nice, clean and dry, it hasn't caused leaks, doesn't seem to need adjustments and provides good coverage. Affordable for the high quality. Overnight works for whole night. Since I have found Rael, they have been the only feminine product I have used for the past three years.
