Overall I really enjoy this product. It's super soft and comfortable 👍 The outer cover for the pillow is very soft to the touch, removable/washable, and the inner memory foam log is the perfect firmness.

The only issue I do have is that the color is not a true red. The media could not be loaded. I was hoping the item would match my existing bedding, but it doesn’t.

I am satisfied with the purchase I sleep with this pillow on top of regular pillows that I place under my shoulders and into my mid back and the support it gives my neck is great. It has taken me weeks to mentally adjust to using it and if I’m honest I’m still not use to it, but it has helped my neck so much. Overall, I had a wonderful experience purchasing this item.

It is shoulder to shoulder for me as well. Good thing is, I am not displaying the pillow on top of the bedspread so it’s not a huge problem. I am 5'5 and this pillow is a little bit longer than my thigh. I had doubts because of the opinions I read, but I really needed a neck pillow to reduce headaches and without a doubt it was an excellent option.

Will be showing this little beauty off to friends & relatives who might just receive one as a gift. Would definitely purchase again, but may be in a different color. This pillow made a world of difference for my neck and how I sleep. I would recommend it to others who have neck issues or just want better posture at night.
