Who ever came up with these needs a medal! Cooked them with some vegetarian hoisin duck, spring onions and plum sauce.

They are filling and not terrible value for money - the amount in each packet is listed as two servings and when used to cook a meal with that's about right. I usually wash them under fresh water for few seconds and then mix with my favourite sauces or stir fry them. To prepare I rinse them thoroughly, boil for 10 minutes, rinse again. They don't smell at all if you rinse them a couple of times but there is a slight smell of the flour when you first open them.

Found these in my local Morrisons. it was just like eating a takeaway but without the calories! A fantastic alternative to pasta to loose weight. All in all well worth a try if you've not had them before.
