he dosent bounce but he wiggles and moves his arms. It's fine, especially for young children, but adults will notice the eyes and the hair isn't perfectly coloured in the lines and there were a few marks on his head. This 12 inch winnie the pooh tigger plush from fisher price is just a perfect present for any baby or toddler.

overall my daughter loves it and has actually become quite attached to it. In terms of quality, the fabric is all really nice. It's a fun toy! It's soft and very detailed.

I think this is just the result of using a hard(ish) plastic. Its nice and soft and comes very well packed.

The media could not be loaded. Overall, I think this is a good toy for young children. It is a 12" tall plush toy with some interactive motions. 66 (at the time of review)
