Im 5ft9in and 108kg and aiming to get to 90kg with strict diet and treadmill. ? Having a bad back. After reading some of the reviews on here I’ll admit that I left it in the box for 5 weeks before assembling as everyone made it sound like it was difficult to assemble ?
