This sloth can speak, repeats our phrases and short sentences. If you have enough his S- L- O- W speech, you can turn it off by pressing the hand again (2 beeps will be heard as a turning off notice). Its eyes and mouth moves as he talks. I feel it serves it's purpose, i find it a bit expensive for what it is but it works as described and it keeps my niece happy.

Nice packaging and it works well, repeating what I say veery slowly. Sanx the sloth is a talking sloth. I find it's pretty fun to play with, the kids love him but the baby is scared of him! The arms and legs can be bent and given shape easily, so it's easy to prop him up or hang him from anywhere, which is a fun way to keep him.

Snax has nice and soft arms and legs, the battery compartment in its belly could be a little softer for a cuddlier feel. Perfect gift for a child!

Erm. At first I thought that the battery is about to end when the sloth started to speak but then I remembered that this is all about his slow sloth-y speech. Simply press the button once on his left hand (hear beep once). Now after some time I got used to him and my daughter too.

On the other hand it is a bit freaky, it's eyelids are not attached to the mechanism properly so you can see the plastic as it blinks and it sounds like the batteries are flat. Strong well made toy.

I honestly find him a little scary but my son loves him. It's quite cute :-)The quality is very good. Very cuddly, arms are moveable for cuddles.

His eyes and mouth moves while he talks, I find it a bit creepy! Sloth can have hood taken of and even the whole yellow hoodie if wanted but then the velcro strap on his belly will be visible and putting this jumper back will be huge challenge with this spongy hands thicker than the sleeve of the jumper.
