Michael ), and easy to follow, rounded off with good recipes (I particularly enjoyed reading about the super-speedy recipes).

2022

)The other aspects of the Full Diet does clearly demonstrate Dr Hameed's phenomenal experience in dealing with hundreds of patients in her successful Imperial-SatPro Programme. More GPs, doctors and health care professionals should be reading this to learn more about the science and guidance in this book - in fact, they should be prescribing this book to their patients! Outstanding book and should to a go-to guide for everyone, with or without weight issues, to keep yourself and family healthy now and in the future. Wow!

Overall, the programme appears non-prescriptive, educational, intuitive (Dr Hameed talks about listening to your body rather than counting calories! This is THE diet book to read.

It's fascinating, and written in such a way that anyone can understand it. ), or a diet yogurt pot (ingredients : >20 including unpronouncable and frankly scary ingredients! Non-dietary issues, often overlooked by quick-fix or fad diets, include the importance of sleep, movement, history lessons, language (and a little bit of NLP dare I say? I can't express how incredibly upbeat this book makes me feel.

! It is really easy and a pleasure to read. ), goals, brain gain and feelings are fundamentally needed to embrace and sustain changes for the better - and the author does a great job at explaining these in a non-judgemental way, often using clear examples we are all relate to. For 100 calories, you can have an egg (ingredients: egg!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

The first few "science" chapters are easy to digest (pun intended), and make perfect sense, and I particularly enjoyed her hilarous description the difference between real food examples. It shows real facts about obesity and weight gain available to the population as a whole so that we can make informed choices regards our food and health.
