After my rta 4years ago my knee seems to be getting weaker and weaker dispite having physio, it's not that it's painful it just gives way at times and it creaks everytime I climb the stairs. I quickly realised that the one part of my body that was struggling was my knees - whether running, walking or doing pilates I was always in discomfort around the knees a day later. The design speaks quality, very robust and well made product.

This automatically turns off after the 10 minute session. Apparently lasers and infra-red played their part.

I assumed it would wear off but after a year I was getting to a point where I was contemplating giving up and turning to diets - the problem is I can't stick to diet plans and withing a couple of months of giving up exercising I had put on 2 stoneI needed to get back to exercise and I googled for knee relief stuff and found this product. The first plus point is that this is easy to put on/ off with Velcro scraps to secure it to your knee rather than having to pull it up a painful leg. I'd rather straps that you wrap around the knee rather than pull up over the leg and knee. It is difficult to say how efficacious it will be – the instructions stress it is not a medical device.

There’s a vibration function with a varying pattern and 4 modes (Off, auto, low and high). However, for knee pain, this does a great job. LED Touch Screen Control PanelUsb type C includedThe user manual is easier to read and understand thanks to the larger text and explanatory drawings, also there's a Quick Start GuideCharging time 2 to 3 hours,Was able to try out straight away as there was already some charge in the knee massager. At 56 I decided to start getting into shape.

, felt strange at first but within a couple of seconds I got used to it. Straps are a bit short so if you have athletic legs you might struggle to get the hook and loop straps to reach.
