How to use:
Always freeze in a freezer bag. Prior to use stop and thoroughly check the inner lining of the sleeve before use for ice crystals and tears in the lining, do not use if for any reason ice crystals or gel are visible. This drug-free pain relief cap is designed to naturally reduce pain, discomfort, swelling, inflammation. When a migraine attacks you need to move fast. Think of it as a gentle hug for your head.
Design for Ergonomics:
- Microwave it for 45 seconds.
- If you prefer a milder cooling effect, keep the cap in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- CAUTION:
- If the cap is too hot, allow it to sit for a few minutes until it reaches your desired temperature.
- Place the cap in the freezer for at least two hours in the freezer bag provided or your own bag.
- Then, check the cap's temperature, and if you require more heat, microwave it for an additional five seconds at a time.
- Once the cap is frozen, remove it from the bag and slip it on your head, adjusting for maximum comfort.
- If the cap is too cold, allow it to sit for a few minutes until it reaches your desired temperature.

Was having a severe migraine with seizures starting and made it all ease within minutes. I don’t have to use eye drops anymore and it’s sooo relaxing like a mini spa at home . NHS website said a warm compress, so I found this mask and it really helped! It comes with 2 gel eye packs. I make a cuppa and pour some water into another cup, hang the gel bag in with the useful supplied hook, then 5 mins later it is ready to use. I would totally recommend this to others who have the same issues as I do, it also gives me a relaxing feeling when you use it. This does such a great job at reducing that stabbing pain in the head, blocking out the light and the relief on the neck is brilliant, I suffer from pains there and so it's great as a multi use product!

I like the fact it has 2 gel bags too. Ordered a 2nd to make sure I always have one on hand. I use one for dry eyes and the other for when I have migraines. This is my progress photos in 6 days!

I was so concerned about the lump that I called my GP, but they referred me to my local opticians. Wish I bought two. I have used the bean bag style before but they heat up very patchy.
