Wear shoes immediately after treatment until damp area is dry.
Spray pressure points from inside and outside (patent and reptile only from inside) shoe.

Loosens and eases tight shoes
Shake well before use.
With a strong teaspoon, apply pressure from inside the shoe to the area that requires stretching.
Point in direction of affected area and depress spray pump firmly.
Test in an inconspicuous place first.
Test on hidden areas when stretching light coloured shoes just incase.

I mean the top of your foot. It was pretty unpleasant wearing already too-tight boots made even tighter, but when I started to spray on the relaxer I could feel them starting to loosen right away! Be patient to let it work it’s magic and reapply as needed per the instructions.
