Went to physio a couple of years ago and was given 2 exercises that eliminated the problem but to do these exercises meant spending 35 minutes laying on the edge of my bed so i looked into other ways of performing the exercises and came across face-pulls for which this band is superb! Place the strap in the door and pull away to your hearts content (like any exercise, use sets and reps). s You can adjust the tension of the band by standing closer to or further away from the door I bought one and didn't use it but had suffered a stiff sore neck for 20 years due to a weak Rhomboid.

Add one armed dumbell/kettlebell shrugs, incline one armed shrugs and dumbell bent over rows and the pump you get in your traps will have you admiring yourself in the bathroom mirror for quite some time afterwards :)P.
