had I tried swapping the cable, charger etc. This power bank can charge my phone up to 3-4 times. Apparently this product has a three year warranty, will be testing the theory shortly. INIU are making some great products at the moment as I have just bought some fast charge cables from them that work as described and look great with excellent design, this power bank has got to be given a 10/10 by me and I could recommend this product for anybody looking for a fast charger that is tough in design and works well.

Comes with a power button on the side which knocks the power on and off and it will automatically knock off if left without a device plugged in so doesn't discharge the power accidentally also comes with a handy L. This is the second one I've purchased and the second one that has failed significantly sooner than I would have expected. Customer service has been great.

A very good product, cannot fault it or the service provided by the seller. I chose this one as you can take 20000mAh on flights.

Update: Customer services were excellent, arranged for collection of damaged Powerbank and immediately despatched replacement. Just over a month has passed before discovering this so out of warranty period! Update- Replacement was sent quickly and new device seems to be working fine.
