The cinnamon flavours combined with the increased proteins and health benefits versus your average cereal can kick start the day of any like-minded athletes! The asking price is pretty high, so it's not something I'd eat every day, but it's good to have in the cupboard to chuck in a bag if I'm going on a trip or running late to work. In terms of nutritional content, the big selling point of these is that they are higher in protein and lower in sugar than most cereals. Very nice taste.

The cereal is on the expensive side, but I think because they’re nutritious and fairly dense, you feel full sooner than with other cereals - so a little goes a long way ;). The cereal reminded me a lot in shape and texture of Cheerios. I’ve tried them with milk, but also dry, just as a snack with a cup of tea - and was struck by how filling even a small portion is.

Lovely cinnamon flavour and will definitely be ordering again! It comes in a pack of 8 small 30g boxes. Thanks :) Love that they don't disintegrate in the milk and still retain a good crunch.
