Pure copper tin-coated cable lugs are then attached using a 6-ton pneumatic crimper with custom dies, resulting in an ultra-strong, non-removable crimp. Ancor Marine Grade wire products are the longest lasting and most rugged available, exceeding UL 1426, ABYC and US Coast Guard Charter boat (CFR Title 46) standards. This red 4 AWG wire is silicone jacketed, making it incredibly flexible and a great choice for your FRC robot's main breaker or batteries. To ensure maximum power transfer and reliability, KICKER takes pure, full-spec OFC copper and tins it to prevent corrosion. If you wish to use this cable with an SB-50 connector, this whitepaper from 2363 Triple Helix provides an excellent walkthrough here. Comes in spools of 10 feet each. Easy to strip with a sharp knife if needed, but be careful not to cut through the super fine stranded wire. True 4 awg copper stranded wire- the diameter is correct. The quality seems top notch, and they carry current as advertised.

Excellent quality insulated fine-stranded wire. Maybe I'm just used to dealing with car audio gear. More between a 6 and 4 gauge.

Great product! Very good quality cable. Will look for this company to order future project wire from for sure.

Very flexible and dreamy to work with and crimp onto. But it is ofc and internally sheathed so it is some very nice cable. I used the 4AWG wire to fabricate connections for my off-grid solar battery array.
Nice quality product. American made and real copper - not copper coated aluminum. I am still going to use it because of the quality but the size itself seems a bit on the small side. I wouldn't necessarily call it a true 4 gauge cable.
