These have a good amount of all the necessary bacillus and looks to be of good quality, for me though they are a little on the pricey side. Probiotics are known to help gut bacteria so can help with irritable bowel syndrome and also help restore the good bacteria lost in the gut after and diarrhoea episodes.

The tablets themselves are small enough that they are easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced an aftertaste. Research has shown that food gut health also aids immunity so we take them everyday and have honestly noticed over the past few years we have had fewer colds.

But at the price the will not be my regular capsules as they are out of my price bracket. Overall, I’m not quite sure yet on these but I’m hopeful. However, research also suggests that capsules often deliver fewer alive bacteria to the gut due to be broken down and denatured in the stomach acid than liquid live cultures- studies have said around only 20% reaches the gut alive from a capsule. Currently having an ibs flare up so hoping these help calm things down.
