Take into account that the higher the louder when you hit. I wanted to start doing some boxing, no past experience, looked at popular options in the market. You can press the chest (below the nipple line) and feel a resistance similar to a CPR mannequin. Arrived a day apart. Wish I invested years ago.

I reached out to century to have this remedied, will update my review thenUpdate. Cons- At the beginning, I found it tricky to adjust the height. Even if you can't blow air and see the chest inflates, it's still great for training purpose.
