Very happy. Great quality, packed very well. However, there are 2 flaws: when I bought my PS4 it took me about 10 minutes just to find the on/off button because it small and it's the same colour as the PS it's self also because their is a new software when you first get it it's bit confusing, apart from that it's a great piece of technology and I would recomend it to any one.

52 System Update as it timed out a few times while downloading but that was probably due to my Internet connection and I got the update eventually. Blinking blue light and then white, after research found its affectionately called the blue light of death.

No problems at the moment. Basically just bought a broken PS4However they sent someone round to pick it up and fix it, unfortunately it was irreparable and I got a full refund. BrilliantIt's like new . Works perfectly, looks like new.
