I don’t believe this would stand upright very well if you intend on displaying it but we aren’t too concerned about that since we are storing this back in its original box and in our homeschool supply closet with our other anatomy items. The "insides" are sticky and squishy so I would suggest keeping them covered when not in use as to avoid hair or other contaminants getting on them. It is a little challenging to put all the organs back properly and requires help from an adult who knows some anatomy the first few times.
