It comes with wood screws and a simple tap with a hammer to get a tiny hole started and you can screw them in by hand without drilling. For installation, the sled is very easy to remove and then easy to assemble again.

My wife does a lot of cooking and I do a lot of grilling so we have a lot of spices and rubs. But at least I won’t hate it when I do. The instructions say you need a drill but honestly, you don’t.

I put all my frequently used spices there to easily grab when needed Yes, they are a little pricey, but we think they are worth the cost and a great solution for our needs.

Well, we liked them so much that we ended up getting two more 6-1/4" units and another 4-1/4" unit (the third 6-1/4" unit was installed on upper shelf after these photos were taken). The media could not be loaded. After looking at a lot of organizers we decided to try these Lynk Professional slide out racks.
