All in all, very happy and would recommend it to anyone! The battery is great and long lasting only uses 25% for a 31m2 clean and takes 35 mins and the mopping feature is so easy to use. The app is quite nasic and took a while to master (theres now a pdf on the listing which gives a few more instructions). You can select each room and allocate ot a suction strength and whether you need it to mop.

We bought ‘Mike’ as we have called him (think Monsters Inc. This is my first time purchasing this type of product and I must say it beats my imagination. The media could not be loaded. I live in Mauritius, but everything seems to be working well and seamlessly!

10/10 would recommend to everyone. A couple of times it has gotten stuck on something I didn't move out of the way (christmas tree, cat bed, etc) but if you set the no-go zones appropriately, this doesn't happen (I've now done this, very simple to do). Battery life is more than enough to do the job.

4GHz and 5GHz setting (the app tells you how to do this, but obviously each router has its own way of doing this, which took me a few mins to figure out). I haven't tried the mop feature yet but I will be shortly.

Last week ones of the arms on the side brush snapped. When vacuuming a room, it goes all atound the perimeter first and then goes back and forth.

The app is easy to get along with and you're fully set up in minutes, I found it very straight forward to do. You scan a qr code on the box to get the app.

We were initially concerned about how is would cope with our rug which has a very think pile. This is our first robot vacuum (& mop). The other minor negative is the mop - it doesn't dry itself so after mopping it stays in contact (wet) with the floor - so I imagine if we kept doing this it would damage the floor. We purchased this robot vacuum 3 months ago for £369.
