It is off by a page because they leave off a picture. Two copies of this book arrived this morning. I enjoyed reading this book and sharing it with my students.

As the story unfolds about the book that no one wanted to read, you find out more about the book and the brilliant conversation it ends up having with someone. It really doesn’t take that long to get through all the pages as it’s filled with lots of humorous pictures on almost every page too. For example, in chapter 3 there is an amazing two-page spread of a map of a library with tons of cool details to explore.

I love where this story ends up going and what we finally discover about why no one wanted to read the book! Then there are parts of the book that had full page pictures which they turn into tiny little illustrations you can't really read in an ebook. Most of the illustrations are arranged like diagrams or comic strips and I just love the humour in each picture!

The illustrations are gorgeous and a perfect companion to the story. For so many moments or things that are mentioned there are illustrations to show examples of something, such as a mention of a book worm, followed by a funny diagram of a bookworm and its digestive tract.
Lovely funny tiny book ✌️🏼❤️ One for myself and another as a gift for friend’s daughter. The story is brilliant, funny, with a good humour both children and adults would enjoy and I this is easy to pick up even for more reluctant readers due to how the text is broken into smaller sections to read and just makes this quite a quick read too. Throughout the book there are so many illustrations which are so funny.
