You have to give it a firm tug to release and move it. They slot in very easily and are easy to remove and clean. Powerful and fast enough. The item turned up well presented, and well packaged in a strong box.

I didn't know which one to choose, but when I got the chance to review this one, the choice was made for me. It comes with a dough hook for bread, a mixing hook for muffins and cake mix, and 2 whisks (not sure of the difference yet) for whisking cream, eggs, aquafaba etc.

The bowl is stainless steel and of medium weight, and it comes with a splatter guard, which fits securely over the head of the mixer before you attach the tool. This mixer even comes with an egg white separator which is a lifesaver when you don't need the yolks. It has a dough hook, a beater and two whisks.
