Had high expectations after reading This Is Going To Hurt and was not disappointed at all. only thing is that it’s only 137 pages long compared to the first book 279 pages.

I ordered Adam’s new book back in April after soaking up ‘This is going to hurt’ in one sitting. It’s first book I ever pre-ordered. ) but I have done a fair few shifts in my time! If you haven't order and read this yet then you need to have a long hard look at yourself.
