Low calorie syrup is the hidden gem for a balanced diet! Reasonably priced, nice big bottle for the money. I use non pkg flavored oatmeal (quick in microwave) with bit of lactaid milk in for 3 minutes BUT Stir each minute/watch so doesn't overflow. This syrup is really good.

For me I do put a bit on to get the 'missing sugar' taste. I have even used some in a few savoury dishes and they have worked very well. Good brand too. What makes it worse is there is no return policy.
