I walked upstairs from room to room and there was no sound loss. On top of this, we found that the setup for this dual audio system worked only with cable-connected devices such as DishTV and did not work with pure HDMI devices such as Amazon Firestick etc. 5mm audio jack, but also a digital audio output.

The red charging light tells you it's connected. The surround sound system is really nice! They reflect the much higher price.

So I have moved up to the expensive 175's. That was my only concern and I'm pleased to find they fit nicely. Personal thanks to the Sennheiser team for the wonderful product.

Plug the base in drop the phones on and you are charging (after inserting the batteries right and left). Maybe reduce the price a little bit please? Here's hoping they stand the test of time. Being RF digital wireless headphones there's zero radio noise when moving about the house, outside I can move around the back garden and garage without sound dropouts, because the transmitter is in my studio in the back room upstairs - moving to the front garden isn't really ideal sound-wise, in fact I couldn't get it to work at all - again, not a deal breaker, I mostly work in the back garden anyway.

Out of the box they are quick and easy to set up There is a slide in option for just about any power source so no problem there. Moreover, the digital output is much clearer and has next to no distortion and lag issues unlike the 3. My house is old with very thick walls, They also work in my 30 foot garden.

Thanks to this, the number of connections has reduced to just one single cable. Hence, either the audio from the TV or the headphones had to be active, but both could not be operational. Also, now the audio works both in the speakers as well as the headphones even when using HDMI devices like Firestick.
