It doesn't disappoint. Semolina flour (Tesco don’t sell it - hence the Amazon order) entirely sorted these two issues. I had my electric pizza oven (Ariete) , and no proper pizza peel.

Transformational for the pizza novice, like me. My favourite loaf is a half rimacinata, half white bread flour version with a yogurt levain and replacing 200g of the water with milk.

The best semolina from Italy you can get in my opinion, might be more than supermarket brands but it is far far superior in the result of the pasta it makes! I had been making Neopolitan style pizzas but bought this to do some NY style. This is the best rimacinata flour, and I have stuck with this brand.

Turns out lovely and soft. I was struggling with the prepared pizza getting stuck to a tray and plate I was using as a temporary peel. Unlike regular flour, semolina flour does not burn easily/at all and makes the dough slide off the peel effortlessly. I used more flour and that helped, but then the flour burnt on the pizza stone and made the pizza base taste bad.
Another great flour from Caputo. I adapt recipes to sourdough versions for my Panasonic bread maker and this flour is so good.
A bag will last a hell of a long time as you don’t need much per pizza.
